ALAX 1.0-1250C ALAX 1.0-1250AC ALAX 1.6-1800C |
Self-compacting lightweight concretes with low thermal conductivity. Have high flowability without the application of vibration. Indispensable when pouring linings of large-sized structures of complex configuration, easily fill hard-to-reach areas of the lining. ALAX 1.0-1250AC is a self-compacting mix with low thermal conductivity, high strength, low iron content and low shrinkage on heating. In long-term operation it retains a compact structure with few cracks, therefore it can be used for the manufacture of critical linings of complex configuration operating in environments with high hydrogen content, such as synthesis gas collectors. |
ALIT 37ARS ALIT 45/2.5ARS |
Self-flowing fireclay concretes with a wide range of applications. |
ALIT 65 ARSAL ALIT 72 ARSAL ALIT 72 ARS ALCORITE 85/1.5ARS ALKORIT 93/1.5ARS |
High alumina self-consolidating concretes. Mixtures with index “Al” due to the absence of SiO2 in the fine binder matrix and the presence of BaSO4 antisoaking additive in the composition. have high resistance to aluminum melts and aluminum-based alloys. ALCORIT 85/1.5ARS and ALCORIT 93/1.5ARS are low-cement, self-compacting bauxite concretes. ALCORIT 85/1.5ARS contains andalusite and is characterized by increased heat resistance and fire resistance. |
ALIFEST 94C ALIT 97C |
Corundum self-compacting high-strength concretes. ALIFEST 94C is an ultra-low-cement concrete with exceptionally dense and low porosity structure. ALIT 97C is virtually silicon and iron free and is popular in non-ferrous metallurgy. |
ALCORIT 93STM ALCORIT 96STM |
Spinel-containing self-compacting low-cement concretes. Widely and successfully used for lining of steel ladles, steel vacuator spigots. |
