Description
Our company’s ultra-lightweight alumina bubble bricks offer several advantages compared to traditional alumina bubble bricks:
- Lower Bulk Density: Our bricks have a significantly lower bulk density compared to traditional 99% alumina bubble bricks, resulting in reduced weight of the furnace body. This leads to material, energy, and cost savings.
- Improved Thermal Stability: Our bricks demonstrate enhanced thermal shock stability compared to traditional alumina bubble bricks with a bulk density of 1.5 g/cm³ and an Al₂O₃ content of 99%.
- Extremely Low Thermal Conductivity: The thermal conductivity of our bricks is only 30% of that found in traditional products. This allows for three times better thermal insulation compared to traditional bricks. It enables lower cold side temperatures, leading to greater energy savings or the possibility of using thinner insulation layers while maintaining the required cold side temperature.
- Direct Use in Furnace Working Layer: Our bricks can be directly used in the working layer of the furnace and exhibit strong resistance to hydrogen fluoride erosion in the furnace for anode materials.
By employing our ultra-lightweight alumina bubble bricks, customers can enjoy the benefits of reduced weight, improved thermal stability, exceptional thermal insulation, and reliable resistance to hydrogen fluoride erosion in the furnace.
