Osmotic-High Efficiency Reinforcing Modifying Agent

Description

Osmotic-High Efficiency Reinforcing Modifying Agent:

Product Features:
By spraying this product on the surface of refractory fibers, it forms a hardened layer that imparts the following characteristics:

(1) Significant enhancement of the working surface strength of refractory fiber products, improving their resistance to scouring.

(2) Effective solution to the problem of fiber pulverization, leading to a substantial increase in the service life of fiber products.

(3) Efficiently inhibits the shrinkage of fiber products and reduces the occurrence of fire penetration from the furnace body.

The modifying agent penetrates the interior of fiber products, creating a durable surface layer that is fundamentally different from a coating and will not deteriorate over time.

The ceramic fiber’s porosity structure facilitates heat convection in heat transfer processes for both positive and negative pressure furnaces. When the modifying agent penetrates the fiber surface, it improves the porosity structure of the fiber surface, blocking convective heat transfer. As a result, the temperature of the outer wall decreases, leading to enhanced energy-saving effects.

Application:
The osmotic-high efficiency reinforcing modifying agent is suitable for use in various applications, including large furnace covers, ladle covers, heating furnaces in the chemical industry, hot blast furnaces, large shuttle kilns with hot air ducts, heat treatment furnaces, and industrial electric furnaces, among others.
