Inorganic Thermal Insulating Board Series

Description

The Inorganic Insulation Board is an innovative refractory insulation material made from pure inorganic materials, manufactured through a large-scale automated continuous production line. Designed for various industrial kiln backings, it offers effective insulation and thermal insulation solutions for kilns with a temperature range of 900°C to 1300°C. This product fills a domestic market gap and can be processed into various shapes with bulk densities ranging from 0.35 to 0.5. Its thermal conductivity is controlled within the range of 0.11 to 0.13 at 350°C, and its strength is controlled within the range of 1 to 2 MPa. The Inorganic Insulation Board can be produced in sizes up to 1 meter by 2 meters.

Features of Inorganic Insulation Board:

(1) Main Features: A) Low thermal conductivity, providing energy-saving benefits. The product’s nano-micro porosity composition structure ensures excellent thermal insulation performance.

B) Minimal shrinkage and gaps after heating. The permanent linear change rate after heating does not exceed 0.5% within the specified working temperature, and it does not shrink during long-term use. In comparison, ordinary insulation boards exhibit a heating permanent linear change rate of 2%-3%, with more than 4 times the shrinkage of inorganic insulation boards.

C) Completely fiber-free and organic-free. The product is made from all inorganic materials, ensuring no chalking and no performance degradation over time.

D) High strength and versatile application. Compared to ordinary thermal insulation boards, it offers better cold crushing strength, more than 3 times higher, and maintains good strength after burning. This allows for long-term use at high temperatures, making it safer and suitable for a wide range of applications.

E) Non-irritating to the human body and environmentally friendly. The product causes no stimulation to the human body and does not pollute the environment, providing a convenient, healthy, and eco-friendly solution.

F) Strict quality control, high production capacity, and guaranteed delivery times. The product is not restricted by environmental policies, ensuring a reliable supply.

Typical Applications:

The Inorganic Insulation Board finds applications in various furnace back lining insulation scenarios, including heat treatment furnaces in the metallurgical industry, roller kilns in the ceramic industry, decomposition furnaces in the cement industry, and electrolytic tanks in the aluminum industry, as well as cracking furnaces in the chemical industry.

A) Backing Plate of Roller Kiln in Ceramic Industry: Application: Used for ceramic roller kiln wall insulation backing plates and bottom backing insulation.

Advantages: It offers less shrinkage, reduced chalking, and minimal performance decay, providing better cost performance compared to 1260 aluminum silicate fiber boards and 1400 aluminum silicate fiber boards.
