Description
Zirconium Corundum bricks, fused by the oxidation method, demonstrate excellent corrosion resistance to glass liquid, with low stone rate, bubble formation, and glass phase exudation rate, ensuring no contamination of the glass liquid. These bricks are primarily utilized in contact parts of glass kilns and glass liquid, as well as in areas with high corrosion resistance requirements, selected based on the specific application.
Properties of Zirconium Corundum Bricks:
- Casted by melting raw materials in molds, followed by cooling and solidification.
- Strong resistance to glass corrosion and high thermal shock stability.
- Exhibits good wear-resistance, slag-resistance, and alkali corrosion resistance.
- Utilizes high-purity raw materials, resulting in minimal pollution.
- Ensures top quality and offers a long service life.
Shapes and Sizes: Zirconium Corundum bricks come in a wide variety of formats and shapes to suit different forming and special machine processes.
Applications of AZS Bricks:
- Sodium silicate furnaces, ceramic frit furnaces, and glass furnaces.
- Essential furnace components exposed to severe chemical erosion and frequent temperature changes.
- Linings of glass furnaces.
- In chemical industrial and metallurgical furnaces.
